Data and Application Management

OSIsoft PI Datahub
NOC Qatar selected Narratech to lead a major OSIsoft PI project, aiming to unlock their data for real time decision making. The Narratech team received the task of integrating half a dozen disparate data sources. This integration empowers business stakeholders with real time business intelligence.
By deploying the Narratech Datahub, we successfully integrated both on premise and cloud applications. As a result, this bespoke solution now delivers live, cohesive data directly to consumers across the organization. Our professionalism ensured the complex integration proceeded smoothly, fulfilling the key requirement of making the right data available at the right time.

Process Control
We delivered a successful project implementing a new tank group for Danmarks Protein to handle standardized milk. This project demanded precision and strong practicality in execution. The scope included comprehensive template and element management within the WonderWare system.
Furthermore, we implemented new logic and Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens. Our team managed this complex installation with high professionalism, completing the project within budget. Most importantly, we achieved zero downtime for the plant, demonstrating our commitment to reliable industrial solutions.
Mowi
Process Control
We enhanced the management of Mowi’s Clean in Place (CIP) system. We achieved this by redesigning both WonderWare displays and underlying logic. Improved practicality and efficiency for plant operators drove this work. The updated system assists operators in managing the CIP process more flexibly and efficiently; thus, the plant achieves better equipment utilization.
In addition, we enhanced the robustness of the plant’s IT equipment. This focus on recoverability strengthens the overall system, reflecting our responsibility to deliver robust solutions that improve both operator experience and plant resilience.
